Made of a mini-ripstop polyester outer material, this jacket is highly tear resistant and treated with a durable water repellent (DWR). It’s original because it’s reversible, has a side with a fancy pattern in contrasting colors and a plain polyester fabric lining. For warmth, it features Traceable Down with 600 cu. of fill, which is both warm and compressible, and is held in place by quilting. The insulation is perfect, as is its functionality.

There are many details that amplify the overall effectiveness of the jacket. A three-panel hood ensures a perfect fit, while the full-length front zipper has a zipper guard to prevent chafing. The drawstring is even reflective. The solid side has zippered hand warmer pockets, while the printed side has seam pockets. Ethane piping around the hood and cuffs and a partially elastic lower back effectively retain heat.
