Following the success of the Rockies range in the winter version (ski touring / mountaineering), the ROCKIES PRO from La Chaussette de France is a pair of socks for men and women that form a boot-fitting version of great effectiveness.

Having retained the progressive compression, honeycomb knitting, this model consists of Zargun bioceramic yarn and 40% wool Mrinos. Thus, it is full of advantages thanks to a perfect osmosis, increased shape memory , better thermorgulation and optimal venous return.

Finally, its asymmetrical construction with left foot / right foot ensures a better ergonomic fit.

• Composition: 36% polyester, 34% wool, 23% polyamide, 7% lasthan
• Compression: the principle of compression is to knit the sock in a much more “elastic” way in order to have an increased natural tension of the material. And this, to promote blood circulation and recovery during a major effort. *All of our compression products are designed with what is called a “progressive tightening”, which allows to have a compression morphologically adapted to the different areas of the leg and to avoid over-compression.
• Mrinos wool: 100% natural fiber of animal origin, the mrinos wool has many advantages: insulating, antistatic, thermorgulating, not itchy for a guaranteed comfort. It absorbs up to 35% of its own weight in moisture, without appearing damp. The natural cooling function of the body through perspiration is therefore not hindered by wool. Merino wool even has an antibacterial effect that quickly eliminates bad odors.
• Asymetrical-concept: completely asymmetrical design for a better ergonomic fit
• Zargun: Bio-Ceramic type fiber, developed by Pamotex and which contains ZrO (Zirconium dioxide). Due to its specific qualities (Anti Bacteria, postural stability and improved blood circulation) we use it on our top of the range products as a complement or as the main material.
